🚚 After Dispatch — Can I Still Cancel?

Unfortunately, once your order has been handed over to Courier, we’re unable to cancel it. But don’t worry — if there’s an issue with your order after delivery, our Return & Exchange Policy has you covered.

⚠️ Refused Delivery Note

If a parcel is refused at delivery without a prior cancellation request, the shipping cost (৳80 for Dhaka or ৳130 for outside Dhaka) may be deducted from any future refund. We hope you understand — this helps us cover the courier’s return fee.
